The Fighting 4 Fitness boot camp is going to be a little different from most other boot camps for many reasons. First, it is going to be more of a challenge in terms of intensity and difficulty. However, I meet all new boot campers where they are at in terms of fitness levels. You will be slowly built up to become a lean, mean fighting machine. Second, the boot camp provides a self-defense component. I’ll pair you up with with a fellow boot camper, and you both will take turns holding and striking pads. Kickboxing is the finishing touch to your workout. Third, every single member has nutrition counseling along with their journey. Most people want to be able to see the results and what you put in your mouth is going to make up about 80% of your training regimen. Think you have what it takes?
