Let’s face the facts hiring a personal trainer can be hard on the pocket book. Small group training and boot camps are a more affordable way to train while still being under the watchful eye of a professional trainer.

Group Dynamic

The dynamic of group training is a great way to meet others who care about there health not to mention the competitiveness of pushing each other that goes along with groups. Many a friendship has been formed outside of the classes as we encourage you to get to know your group.

The Fighting 4 Fitness boot camp is going to be a little different from most other boot camps for a number of reasons. First, it is going to be more of a challenge in terms of intensity and difficulty. However, I meet all new boot campers where they are at in terms of fitness levels. You will be slowly built up to become a lean mean fighting machine. Second, the boot camp provides a self defense component. I’ll pair you up with with a fellow boot camper and you both will take turns holding and striking pads. Kickboxing is taught in the sessions as the finishing touch to your workout. Third, Every single member is provided nutrition counseling along their journey. Most people wants to be able to see the results and what you put in your mouth is going to make up about 80% of your training regimen. Think you have what it takes?
