Corporate Defensive Awareness Seminars can accomplish many things for your staff and well being. First, they are a great way to build camaraderie among your employees. Second, they teach your staff ways to be more aware of their environment when in public and at the workplace. Self Defense is half mindset and attitude. The seminars are specific to each business and what they want to get out of the workshop.

Here we have Emily and Caleb both training in home boxing. Emily is a volleyball athlete at Davidson college, and the boxing training helps with her hand and eye coordination. She is also learning how to defend herself with boxing.
Caleb plays football at a Dallas high school, and he is learning boxing for many reasons including self-defense as well as being able to improve his mobility and hand-eye coordination while playing football.
